She has already furnished homes individually in the USA and Switzerland, getting to know different living styles and international influences. Today she brings this experience to the projects of ALMA LIVING CONCEPT on Mallorca.
Through her long-standing connection to the island, she has an established network of selected furniture houses, manufacturers, tradespeople and other partners. This means concepts are not only designed, but also reliably organised and fully implemented. The collaboration is personal, direct and individual — without the structures of an anonymous large design office.

01What does turnkey furnishing mean?
Turnkey means: you hand over your property and your wishes — and get back a fully furnished home. ALMA LIVING CONCEPT takes care of concept, selection, purchasing, deliveries, assembly, décor and final styling, on request down to towels and accessories. On handover day, you unlock the door and move in.
02What tasks does ALMA LIVING CONCEPT take on?
The entire path, if you wish: interior concept and design, selection of furniture, colours, materials, lighting and textiles, requesting quotes, orders, delivery coordination, liaison with furniture houses, manufacturers and tradespeople, as well as furnishing, décor and move-in-ready handover. You decide for yourself how much you want to hand over.
03Can I have my property furnished without being on Mallorca all the time?
Yes — many clients are not on the island during the furnishing. Coordination takes place digitally, decisions are prepared together, and on site Sabine Luft handles deliveries, tradespeople and quality control. You arrive for the handover to a finished home.
04How are style, wishes and budget agreed?
It starts with a detailed conversation about your property, your personal style, your preferences and your budget range. From this emerges an overall concept with concrete proposals — you set the framework and keep the decisions, without having to deal with the implementation.
05Does ALMA LIVING CONCEPT also handle purchasing and deliveries?
Yes. We request quotes, place orders, coordinate delivery dates and receive deliveries on site — including liaison with furniture houses, manufacturers and freight forwarders. On an island in particular, reliable sourcing and logistics are crucial; that is exactly what our established network is for.
06Can existing properties be redesigned?
Yes. In addition to first-time furnishing after a purchase, we also redesign existing houses and apartments — from individual rooms to the complete home, on request including support for renovations as well as kitchen and bathroom planning.
07How long does a complete furnishing take?
That depends on the size of the property, the scope, the level of finish and delivery times — an apartment is furnished faster than a large house with custom pieces. After the initial consultation, you receive a realistic assessment and a schedule you can rely on.
08In which regions of Mallorca does ALMA LIVING CONCEPT work?
Across the entire island. The base is in Porreres in the southeast of Mallorca — from there, all regions are easily reachable, from Palma across the island's interior to the coasts in the north, east and south.
